MinusX connects to your database via secure, encrypted connections. Only the data needed by agents (table schemas, SQL models, sample rows, query results) is processed on our servers — we never store your raw data.

When you upload data (CSVs, files, etc.), it is stored securely on our servers with encryption at rest. We never share your uploaded data with anyone.

All LLM requests are routed through our servers. We only use LLM providers with robust privacy policies — none of them train on your data.

Starter, Pro and Enterprise customer data is never used for any ML training.

We use logs to improve the product and agent. This helps us build a better experience for everyone.

We use Mixpanel telemetry in the MinusX app to improve the product. Telemetry can be disabled in MinusX OSS.

We will never share your data with anyone not mentioned above without your explicit permission.
