What happens to my data?
MinusX is open source (Apache 2.0). You can self-host and audit every line of code. We never store your raw data and your data is never used for ML training. Read our privacy policy →
What are agent credits?
Agent credits are AI tokens consumed to serve requests like queries, dashboards, and Q&A. Credit usage depends on the models used and the complexity of tasks. On the Growth plan, 1 credit is approximately 1 user turn.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring Your Own Keys. You provide your own LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and pay the LLM provider directly. MinusX handles the orchestration, hosting, and tooling. You control the model costs.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between BYOK and Growth at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Both BYOK and Growth plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Which LLMs do you use?
We use state-of-the-art models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others, selected based on our internal benchmarks for accuracy and speed. On the BYOK plan, you choose which models to use.
